2. Website & appearance settings
This website uses local images, fonts and scripts. It includes no client-side analytics scripts, advertising pixels, cookies or embedded external players. The host’s server-side access logs and statistics are described below. Switching language opens a separate page and does not store a language preference.
Dark is the default. Only when you select a different appearance, the value light or dark is saved in this browser tab’s session storage under ce-theme, so your selection works across pages and languages during this visit. The value contains no identifier, is not sent to a server by this website and is normally cleared when the tab’s session ends. Browser session restoration may preserve it. Choose Dark again or clear the tab’s website data to reset it. If storage is blocked, switching still works on the current page.
3. Contact form & project communication
When you select “Send enquiry”, your name, email address, optional company, selected category and message are transmitted to this website’s server via HTTPS. The server forwards them through ALL-INKL’s mail service to youtube@christianeggbauer.com. Your email address is included as the reply address. The email is marked as a website enquiry and includes the category, page language, receipt time and a random enquiry reference, so it can be assigned and answered correctly. A successful form response means that the mail service accepted the message for delivery; it does not confirm inbox delivery.
The information is used to answer your enquiry, clarify your project and, if applicable, prepare or perform the resulting contract and meet associated legal duties. It is not used to subscribe you to a newsletter, for unrelated advertising, or sold. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where you request pre-contractual measures or contract performance. For enquiries on behalf of a business or other correspondence, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR applies, with the legitimate interest of handling relevant business communication.
Name, email, category and message are required for submission; company is optional. Providing the information is voluntary and is not legally required. Without sufficient contact and enquiry details, the form cannot submit the request and a reply may not be possible. You can also contact Christian directly by email. Please do not include sensitive or unnecessary information. The form does not create a separate enquiry database or a copy in browser storage. Submitted messages are retained in the business mailbox as described below.
To limit spam, the server validates the fields, uses an invisible bot-trap field and temporarily processes the connection IP address to maintain submission counters. Only a time-dependent hash of the IP address, counts and timestamps are stored in a protected server file outside the public website directory; no message content is stored there. Counters apply to the current hourly window; expired counters are discarded at the next form request. These hashes are pseudonymous, not a guarantee of anonymity. This limited security processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, with the legitimate interest of protecting the form and mailbox against misuse. It uses no third-party CAPTCHA or form cookies.
AI-assisted enquiry handling
Enquiries may also be processed with AI assistance, for example to categorise or summarise correspondence and prepare reply drafts. This supports Christian Eggbauer’s personal handling of enquiries; processing is not exclusively automated. Depending on the task, relevant contact details and message content may be processed by providers of AI-assisted communication tools. The purpose is efficient and consistent business communication, based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Christian remains responsible for handling the enquiry. No decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects are made solely by automated means. The contact form itself sends to ALL-INKL and does not connect directly to an AI service.
4. Recipients & retention
Enquiries are handled by Christian Eggbauer and, as necessary, the hosting and email provider ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Germany, as described below. If a project results in a business transaction, accounting documents may also be disclosed to tax advisers as necessary for tax compliance. Correspondence is retained only as needed for handling the enquiry, a resulting contract, applicable legal retention duties or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. The website and mailbox use ALL-INKL.COM. No external form-submission service is used. Any subsequent AI-assisted handling is described above.
5. Hosting, access logs & server statistics
The website uses a webhosting package provided by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Its hosting servers are located in Germany. Hosting and security processing serve the legitimate interests of providing a reliable website, troubleshooting and protecting it against misuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
According to ALL-INKL’s public information on data processing, since 19 September 2022 its data-processing terms have been included with new hosting orders. The data-processing agreement is concluded when ALL-INKL sends the order confirmation including those terms.
Delivering a page requires processing connection information, including the requesting IP address, requested file, access time and technical request data. The KAS settings checked on 17 October 2026 shorten IP addresses in the customer access logs (for example, 11.22.33.44 becomes 11.22.0.0), retain log files for 30 days and enable server-generated access statistics. The 30-day access-log period supports reviewing technical problems, investigating abusive access and analysing a month of website traffic. The generated statistics are used to understand website usage. This is separate from client-side tracking; this website adds no analytics cookies or tracking scripts.
Shortened IP addresses are not treated here as proof of complete anonymisation. Generated statistics are separate from the underlying access logs; the 30-day log setting is not a statement that all statistical files are deleted after 30 days. Statistics are used only as needed to assess website usage and technical operation.
ALL-INKL operates the provider-managed technical security logging and backups within the webhosting package under its technical procedures and the agreed data-processing terms. These processes may be separate from the customer access-log setting. The restore points available during the KAS review on 17 October 2026 covered approximately four weeks for the business mailbox and webspace; this is not a guaranteed maximum retention period for every internal copy. Further information is provided in ALL-INKL’s privacy information and backup information. Christian Eggbauer remains the controller for processing associated with this website and business enquiries.
6. YouTube & social links
Preview images are hosted with this website. They do not load YouTube, Instagram or Threads. Following an external link opens that provider and may transmit your IP address and other connection data; the provider’s own privacy notice then applies.
7. Your rights
Subject to the legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. In particular, you may object on grounds relating to your situation to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. If a processing activity relies on consent, you may withdraw it for the future. Send requests to the contact above. You may also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
Enquiry details are voluntary; without a contact address and a meaningful message, a reply may not be possible. There is no solely automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects in enquiry handling.
